//
From the sun-drenched slopes of Finca El Manzano, Santa Ana, this natural process SL34 is anything but shy. Grown at 1,500–1,550 MASL by Emilio López and Jose Roberto Santamaría, it opens with a floral lift and seductive hints of dark cherry and caramel. The cup is plush and sweet—brown sugar, molasses, and nectarine glide across the palate, anchored by medium acidity and a smooth, syrupy body.
A decadent expression of El Salvador’s highland terroir—classic, yet unmistakably bold.
